Dear Mr. McNabb,
I’m writing to inform you of an excellent job done by your dealership. Dave Stockton set us up with a salesperson who was just what the doctor ordered. Dear Mr. McNabb:
My husband and I had car trouble on our way to a political even in Chattanooga. Your service consultant, Rodney Hunley and the service technician were so courteous and attentive to our need. We certainly wanted to thank each one that was involved with the repair of my vehicle.
So often we have bad experiences with car repairs and your employees were all so pleasant that it made this nerve racking experience bearable. Please let Mr. Hunley and the service tech know that my husband and I made it to Chattanooga and back home without any further power failure and were so pleased with them that we had to let you know how great they are. I wanted to let you know about Anthony, your great sales rep. He is the only car salesrep that I've dealt with that provided great customer service before, during and after the sale. When we were wanting to purchase a van, he took the time to answer all of our questions. When we noticed that the DVD player didn't work, he drove to several car audio places in town until he found someone to connect the DVD player correctly, so we would have a working DVD player on the day of the sale. He also answered some questions that we had after the sale, and he took the time to get our questions answered by the experts in your service center. Anthony is a great Salesrep, and if he's still working for Stan McNabb when we're ready to buy another vehicle, we will definitely work with him again. Thanks.

Dear General Manager:
I would like to thank your service department for the courtesies as well as the expertise rendered when I passed through Tullahoma. My 2007 Tahoe had some mechanical problems and I brought the vehicle to your dealership.
